All orders are shipped by Canada Post or USPS. Please allow 3-12 business days for standard shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and options. If the package is undeliverable it will be returned to us. There will be an extra charge if the package needs to be shipped out again. For a price estimate, please add all items into the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator on the shopping bag page. Shipping charges are not refundable. Some international customers may experience shipping delays due to customs; we have no control over those delays. Be sure to look out for shipping promotions that we offer from time to time.

Orders are typically shipped in the order they are received. Orders placed before 11:00am PST are shipped out the same day as the order was placed. Orders placed after 11:00am PST will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed after 11:00am PST on a Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days; packages do not deliver on weekends.)

Shipping Services

All orders will be shipped through Canada Post and USPS. We currently offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your demands. All shipping service, except for Small Packet Air, includes:

• Delivery confirmation and the ability to track your items online from start to finish.
• Coverage up to $100 for loss or damage.

• Canada Post Xpresspost (1 to 5 days)
• Canada Post Expedited (2 to 7 days) - Flat Rate $4.99

USA

• USPS Priority World Wide (2 Days)
• USPS Express Mail (2 to 7 days)
• USPS Expedited Mail (3 to 12 days) - Flat Rate $4.99
• Small Packet Air (3 to 18 days) – No Tracking info or insurance provided

International

• Priority WorldWide (2 to 3 Days)
• Xpresspost (3 to 7 days)
• Small Packet Air (up to 2 weeks) – No Tracking info or insurance provided
