Returns    Please read "sending items back to us" for instructions

All items (excluding Final Sale items, Clearance items, or items on sale for over 25% off) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of receipt of the item at TheBlackmarkers.com office. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that if you used a gift certificate to make your purchase, the refund amount will go back onto your gift certificate.


Exchanges    Please read "sending items back to us" for instructions

All items, except for Final Sale Items, are eligible for exchange to another item or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Orders Within Canada and United States will be shipped out free of charge after the original item(s) have been returned.
For International Orders, you are responsible for all return shipping costs including sending the item back to us. You will be charged the actual shipping cost for return shipping back to you. We will contact you with the shipping total before we charge your credit card.

Final Sale    (No Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit)

All sales of gift cards, swimwear and underwear/intimates are considered final sale.

Faulty Product / Wrong Item Shipped    Please read "sending items back to us" for instructions

If your order includes a wrong or defective item(s), please notify us within 7 days of delivery and request a RMA number. Shipping is complementary both ways, with prepaid shipping label provided for returning the item(s) to us. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), the correct item(s) will be shipped back to you. If an exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a full refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Items / Items Returned To Us

If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-send unless we are at fault.

Sending Items Back To Us

Before you send back any merchandise, you must complete a return authorization form and get an RMA number. Download form here. If you send us merchandise without one, we will refuse delivery of the package. Once we have received your return authorization form, you will be contacted and given authorization to send back the merchandise. We ask that you return the merchandise in the same condition, unworn with tags intact. Please pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned to us. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Returns from the United States shipped through any other shipping carrier will be refused. All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration form. Returned items that don't meet these requirements will be refused and the package will be returned to sender.
