Phone Orders
If you prefer to make your order over the phone, please call 1.866.493.6778. Please have your credit card and SKU number of the product you want to purchase ready. You can locate the SKU number right under the "add to bag" link on the product's page. An example SKU number may look like TWBMOUTWR001.
Payment Methods
The Blackmarkers currently accepts: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The use of gift cards and e-gift certificates are also permitted.
Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased at full price is reduced, you can request a price adjustment within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are returning an item purchased at full price that has been reduced in price, after the 14 day price adjustment window, you will receive store credit in the amount of the current reduced price value.
Order Changes
If you made a mistake and need to make a change to your order, you must contact us immediately. If you fail to do so, a change to your order is not guaranteed. Please call us at 1.866.493.6778 and have your order number ready.
Order Status
After you place your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. You will also be emailed when we have shipped your order. To ensure that you receive these emails, please add info@theblackmarkers.com to your address book or safe list. At any time, you can log into your account to view the status of your order.
Promo Codes & Gift Certificates
During the checkout process, there will be a field where you can enter your gift card or promo code. You may only use one promo code at a time. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance with a credit card or debit card.
